I’d like to share my perspective based on the experiences I’ve had coming here on various occasions. I arrive at 5:20 a.m. and find more than 10 vehicles already ahead of me. The process is very slow because—in addition to limousines, yellow and white school buses, taxis, and rideshare vehicles (Uber/Lyft) waiting for inspections—there simply aren't enough employees. Every time I come, the lines are longer and there are fewer staff members working, resulting in hours-long delays. The last time I was here, I got up at 4:00 a.m. just to be in line by 5:20 a.m., only to find 10 yellow and white vans already waiting. Since I live in Homestead, they really ought to open an office in the south; so many of us travel from very far away, and it takes us over seven hours in line. They should really consider this. The service here is extremely disappointing. The wait times are incredibly long, and the customer service is very poor. There should definitely be another inspection location in Miami-Dade, preferably not so far away, especially considering how many school buses and transportation companies need these inspections. Having only one location creates unnecessary delays and makes the process extremely frustrating. I hope the county considers opening another location and improving the customer service. People’s time matters too.

As the only designated commercial vehicle inspection point in the area, the service experience is utterly appalling! The efficiency is ridiculously slow. In a full hour, only three vehicles moved forward. The line kept getting longer and longer, with no one in front and no one behind. They completely disregard the time and livelihoods of truck drivers! Even more outrageous is the discriminatory service. Service is only available for luxury vehicles on Wednesdays, leaving ordinary commercial vehicles to wait indefinitely! The entire process is chaotic, with no one to guide you. The staff are indifferent and perfunctory. It's nothing but slowness. As the only designated point, it's neither convenient nor efficient; it's purely a waste of time and lives, disrupting operations! We drivers want our vehicles inspected normally so we can get to work, not suffer this discrimination and endless waiting! We strongly demand improved efficiency, the elimination of unreasonable discriminatory regulations, and that the designated point not become the only source of frustration!

I’ve read some of the reviews and I could tell most of those people are new and probably don’t follow directions right, I’ve been dealing with the inspection station for over 10 years and I could tell you right now. The employees that are there are the most nice and courteous people you they’ve had. Since I’ve been there, I’ve seen such new disrespectful people that come from Uber and Lyft, that it’s outrageous how they were working if you’re self-employed, you need to know how to keep your posture and most of those people don’t know how to do, that then trash talk the inspectors.

4 hours in line so far and a COMPLETELY EMPTY BUILDING!!! Cars are called every 20 minutes or so! Avoid at all costs! Corrupt disgusting city!!!! Uber and Lyft doesn’t need anything and here you pay to wait for hours and hours and get 0 service. I wonder how many houses Uber and Lyft bought the commissioners...
